What are we looking for?
We are always on the lookout for bright, dedicated, and commercially aware lawyers to join our growing team. While specific requirements may vary based on the open position, the ideal candidate should generally possess:
- A degree in law from a recognized university and enrollment with the Bar Council.
- A proven track record and Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) relevant to the practice area being applied for.
- Exceptional legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills, coupled with a strong grasp of procedural and substantive law.
- The ability to provide practical, commercially viable, and innovative legal solutions to complex legal matters.
- A proactive approach, the ability to take ownership of matters independently, and a strong sense of professional ethics.
